Good Morning Everyone:
A few things to share:
Staffing
* We have some staffing news. I would like to wish Mrs. McCord, Mrs. Grange, Mr. Piitz, Ms. Konigstein and Ms. Baldwick all the best as they move on to other assignments in our board. We are grateful to them for their contributions to our community and wish them well at their new schools. We will miss them all.
I would like to welcome Mrs. Kylie Piitz (Mr. Piitz's sister-in-law) to our staff. She is currently on a maternity leave from St. Francis of Assisi and will join us in October. Mrs. Piitz will teach in our kindergarten program.
I would like to welcome Mrs. Breanna Lawlor-MacDonald. Mrs. Lawlor-MacDonald comes to us from St. Monica's here in Barrie and will also teach in our kindergarten division.
I would like to welcome Mrs. Grainne Mcguire to our school. Mrs. Mcguire is a DECE and will work in our kindergarten division. Mrs. Mcguire comes to us from St. Gabriel's.
* Noon Hour Supervisors Needed- We have had a few retirements from our group of Noon Hour Supervisors (NHS). The job of a NHS is to provide supervision support for our school during lunch recess. It is a paid position. The position could be for all 5 lunch hours each week or for a reduced schedule as well (for example - 3 lunch hours a week). If you have any interest in becoming a NHS, please contact Mr. Nadon or myself here at the school. (705-728-7301)
